Raymond Mott is originally from Glastonbury, Connecticut, and earned his B.A. in Economics from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, where he also played baseball and soccer. He has been a full time Real Estate professional since 1984, and lives in Quonochontaug with his two Weimaraners, Nomar and Nellie.

In 1995 the Kent/Washington Board of Realtors began recognition of high sales achievers. Each and every year through 2010 Ray ranked in the top four producers in volume sales. In the years 2000, 2001, 2003 he was the "NUMBER ONE" top producing individual. Once again in 2006 he was recognized as "NUMBER ONE" with over $46 million in sales transactions! Number Two in 2007 with $43 million. 2008 was a good year. $56 million in sales volume was again "NUMBER ONE". The second place finish was a distant $23 million. In 2010, Ray was the only recipient of the Platnum Plus Award (over 20 million in sales volume) with over $35 million.
