From the North

Follow Route 95 South to Exit 9.

This is a left hand exit where 95S and Route 4 split - exit 9 will say North Kingstown. Follow Route 4 to the end where it feeds into Route 1 South around Wickford area. Once you are on Route 1 South, you will travel about 25 miles to the "Entering Charlestown" sign.

Once you have entered Charlestown - check odometer and follow 4 miles South. We are on the left hand side of Route 1, so you must make a U-turn at the SM gas station/minimart to get to us. We are a pale yellow building with blue shutters and a front porch. #5280.

From the South

Follow Route 95 North to Exit 92 (last exit in Connecticut)

Go right at the bottom of the exit on to Route 2 (CT)

Follow a bit over 1 mile to right on to Route 78 East (Westerly bypass)

Follow 78 East five (5) miles to the end

At traffic light take Left on to Route 1 North (RI)

Follow seven (7) miles North to Properties Unlimited on Right

You will go beyond (N) of the Quonochontaug areas of West Beach Road and East Beach. As you get close to Properties Unlimited you will pass the Willow Motel Resort, then a SM minimart/gas station, and then we are the next on the right. We are a pale yellow building with blue shutters and a front porch. #5280.
